How the 6-Month Promotional Window Works
Promotional 4.90% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) applies only to purchases made between November 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 (“Promotional Period”). The promotional APR begins on the date of the first qualifying purchase made during the Promotional Period and will apply to all subsequent purchases posted to the account through March 31, 2026. Cardholders have six (6) months from the date of their first promotional purchase to repay all purchases made during the Promotional Period. Any remaining promotional balance not paid in full by the end of the six-month repayment period will revert to your approved standard variable credit card annual percentage rate, as disclosed in the Cardmember Agreement. Promotional APR does not apply to balance transfers, cash advances, or fees of any kind. For new credit card applications, all applications are subject to eligibility. The specific interest rate and line of credit are dependent on your creditworthiness at time of application.

This is the standard card. Your rate and credit limit will depend on your qualifications for credit. There is no annual fee for this card.
MasterCard Platinum Rewards
This is the rewards card. Rewards are offered through UChooseRewards and can be redeemed for gift cards, event tickets, and merchandise. Points can also be used for Apple, Amazon, and PayPal purchases. You can get special points if you use the vendor links inside UChooseRewards while shopping online. Manage Your Card
Card Center
Log into your app and launch Card Center. For you credit card, you can:
- Turn your card off and on
- View balance and transactions
- Pay your bill
- See your UChoose Rewards
- Set controls and alerts
- Set travel plans
- Report your card lost or stolen, then request a new card
- Set your PIN

Alternative options to Card Center
- Inside Online Banking, click on your "Loan Accounts" and choose your credit card. This will launch the credit card platform. Here you can:
- View balance and transactions
- Pay your bill
- Launch UChoose Rewards
- Set travel plans
- Report your card lost or stolen, then request a new card
- Set your PIN
- Address for paying your credit card bill by Bill Pay or mail: PO Box 2711, Omaha, NE 68103-2711 - this address will be included on your bill. Please be sure to update the address if you use Bill Payment.
- To report a lost or stolen Credit Card: call 855-553-0910 or International calling 540-707-401
- Traveling out of the country: If you know you'll be traveling and using your card out of the country, please let us know in advance. Use of your card in a foreign country is one of the security triggers for Synergy FCU cards and your transactions could be denied as a possible security violation.
