Synergy FCU has several options available that allow members to transfer their money, all securely found inside Online Banking under the Move Money section.
Synergy FCU account to account
If you have multiple accounts under the same account number, you can transfer money between them. For example, a checking and savings account.
If you have multiple accounts, you can request Member Service Representative link them inside online banking. For example, your personal account and your child's account.
Synergy FCU accounts to your external accounts
Offers a convenient means to move money between accounts at different financial institutions owned by the same person. Primary members can transfer between Checking, Savings, and Brokerage accounts.
A service that eliminates the hassle of sending and receiving money with cash and checks. It’s a person-to-person service that allows consumers to send secure electronic payments to anyone with a US bank account. Members can send money to anyone using their email address, mobile phone number or directly to a bank account. Members can also request money be sent to them.
- Example of sending money: I send money to my daughter while she’s at college and she can put the money into her personal account.
- Example of requesting money: I go to dinner with 3 friends and pay for the entire bill. I can then send a Pop Money request to my 3 friends to pay me their portion of the bill.
Standard transfers with both products take 3 business days. That will be free for members.
Express transfers will be available with both products if certain conditions are met. This is an overnight transfer. There is a $3.00 fee for members.
Transfers must be scheduled by 4:00pm CST to be processed that day. Any transfers scheduled after 4:00pm will be processed the following business day.
