Bill Payment Deliveries and Cut-off times
In order to avoid late fees and late arrival of your bill payments we’ve included some time frames and cut-off times for you to be aware of when scheduling payments. When possible, payments will be converted to go out electronically. However, some payments will need to be issued by check.
Time Frame for Deliveries
You should allow at least three (3) *business days between the processing date and due date (not the late payment date) for electronic payments and at least five (5) *business days for check payments.
*Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal banking and other public holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
The cut-off time for inputting a payment to initiate on the same day, or to cancel a payment is 9:30 PM CST.
