The Manage Alerts menu in our online credit card management system has been removed effective Monday, March 13, 2023. As a result, you will no longer be able to turn on or manage the following Alerts from our online credit card management application:
- Payment Due
- Approaching Credit Line
- Purchase Amount Exceeds
- Current Day Threshold
- Current Day Count
- Payment Initiated to Card
- Account Over Limit
- Payment Posted
If you've turned on any of these Alerts prior to March 13, you will stop receiving Alert emails beginning Wednesday, March 15, 2023. You will continue to receive all other Notifications from our online credit card management system, including Notifications about password changes, statement delivery, and disputes.
Similar Alerts remain available in the Synergy FCU credit card management portal. To access these Alerts in Online Banking or the Synergy FCU app, follow the steps below.
- Click on your credit card to open the portal
- Choose the ellipse in the top corner
- Select Manage Card
- Select Manage Alerts
We also encourage you to use the information in our online credit card management application and your monthly credit card statement to track important data such as your account balance, payment due date, available credit, and the date your last payment was posted.
